Àṣà Kitchen was born from a simple belief — that Nigerian cuisine deserves the same reverence as any great food tradition in the world. Chef Adaeze Nwosu founded the restaurant in 2017 after years cooking in London and returning home with a burning desire to elevate what she'd always known as the greatest food on earth.
Every recipe starts with her grandmother's notes. Every ingredient is sourced from trusted Nigerian farmers. Every meal is an act of cultural pride.
